Statement of CDGP Examination Development. – The CDGP Examination is developed by subject matter experts (SME) under the auspices of the Institute of Hazardous Materials Management and the processes that govern examination development. Materials 1 through 4 listed in Materials Permitted in Examination Room below are references allowed into the examination room as approved open-book reference materials. The examinee is advised that the CDGP examination questions are solely based on references 1 through 4 as listed under “Materials Permitted in the Examination Room.”
The CDGP examination is open-book (books can be tabbed). The four books permitted into the exam room may have highlighting and/or writing in them since many Dangerous Goods Professionals use these books regularly in their jobs. Please note, however, that the CDGP exam candidates cannot bring writing materials into the exam room, nor will they be provided with scrap paper.
Only the texts listed in this section are permitted.
The CDGP examinations are to be completed in 3.5 hours
