The rule finalizes revisions to the new source performance standards regulating greenhouse gases and volatile organic compounds, finalizes emissions guidelines under the Clean Air Act for states to establish performance standards for existing sources, implements actions related to the disapproval of the 2020 final rule under the Congressional Review Act, and finalizes a protocol for optical gas imaging.
