EPA publishes 7th volume of MS4 Compendium Series

EPA’s stormwater program has published the 7^th volume in the MS4 Compendium Series: Off-Site Stormwater Management. This compendium presents examples illustrating how municipal separate storm sewer system (MS4) permits can be written to allow for off-site stormwater management.
