What or who motivated you to earn an IHMM credential?
My employer, CBG Building Company, has a great group of safety professionals that motivate me to continue to grow and expand my knowledge. CBG’s executive leadership also encouraged me to obtain this professional designation.
Are there any opportunities you’re looking forward to as a result of earning an IHMM credential?
Obtaining the CSMP has allowed me to continue to add skills, knowledge, and tools to my safety repertoire. It has helped me be better prepared for situations I might encounter in the workplace.
What would you say to someone who is considering earning an IHMM credential?
Go for it! Earning the CSMP will both better you as a safety professional and enter you into a network of like-minded people, both of which will provide you with exciting opportunities for growth.
