What or who motivated you to earn an IHMM credential?
My manager really encouraged me to work towards earning my CHMM. His support, along with opportunity for career growth and knowledge validation all played into my decision.
Are there any opportunities you’re looking forward to as a result of earning an IHMM credential?
I think that the third-party validation of skills is much more powerful than self-promotion. Getting IHMM credentials is something that you can do to stand out in your field as a subject matter expert. I am looking forward to sharing my learnings, and mentoring, coaching and growing others in their respective career paths.
What would you say to someone who is considering earning an IHMM credential?
Do it! Never stop learning, always be curious, look for ways to grow.
