On September 16, the Office of the Secretary of Transportation (OST) published a request for information (https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/FR-2021-09-16/pdf/2021-19974.pdf) regarding current challenges in the Supply Chain for the industry.
If you would like to provide comments to OST on this effort, please provide specific examples or challenges so that comments are as detailed as possible. As identified in the Notice, OST is interested in determining what bottlenecks or roadblocks exist and would like to understand possible solutions.
Comments are due to OST by Monday, October 18.
