Our condolences to Rich’s family. He was a leader in the industry and a genuinely nice person.
Just received a call from a friend telling me about Richard’s passing. My husband Victor Bell passed away on Jan 12th and I talked to Richard shorty after. My husband was an active member for CHMM and became fast friends with Richard. Whenever he was in town he always would stay with us. I will always remember the interesting conversations over a good home cooked meal… Richard was one of a kind and will be missed. Deepest condolences to his family. Sandi Bell

Rich was truly one of a kind – the consummate passionate hazardous materials management professional. He will be missed dearly.
