OSHA – Occupational Exposure to Beryllium and Beryllium Compounds in Construction and Shipyard Sectors

As you may know, OSHA issued a final rule related to beryllium construction and shipyard ancillary requirements on August 31, 2020, and these requirements become enforceable on September 30, 2020.  The Beryllium Standards in Construction and Maritime Memorandum provides information on the enforcement of the new requirements during the first 45 days of enforcement.
