What or who motivated you to earn an IHMM credential?
I would have to say that I was motivated to acquire my CSHM when I was a regional EHS Safety Manager and wanted the credentials to move to a higher position (which I did become a Safety Director). It turned out to be a great choice that I made.
What would you say to someone who is considering earning an IHMM credential?
Research what area and type of certification you would like and GO FOR IT! IHMM staff can help you with whatever direction you choose and the certification will help with your career.
How did you approach the process of earning your credential (e.g., exam prep, experience documentation, professional development, etc.)?
I researched IHMM and found them EHS credible, informative and helpful when I wanted to move forward and take the test. Eugene was great!
