The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) announces the activation of a Plan of Action to establish a National Strategy for the manufacture, allocation, and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to respond to COVID-19 implemented under the Voluntary Agreement for the manufacture and distribution of critical healthcare resources necessary to respond to a pandemic.
