We want to make you aware that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is providing an additional comment period on its proposals to revise certain standards. Following consideration by OSHA’s Advisory Committee on Construction Safety and Health (ACCSH), OSHA is re-opening the record for the thirteen rulemakings listed below to provide an additional 30 days for public comment. In each case, written comments must be submitted on or before August 21, 2026.
